We'll present the basics of safely collecting and eating wild mushrooms in our area. This will be geared toward absolute beginners, and we will give you the information and skills that you need to safely collect and use some of the most common and easily identifiable mushrooms in our area. We will have samples for you to see as well (what we actually have will depend on the weather conditions leading up to the class, but we expect to have a good variety).
