BYOLog Inoculation Event: March 1, 2025, 12-3 pm

Location is 392 Jim McKinney Rd, Pinnacle, NC. You bring your freshly (2-4 weeks) cut green logs, we provide everything else, and you go home ready to produce mushrooms. We have slots available for 15 logs each 30 minutes, and you'll need to SELECT ONE TIME SLOT PER LOG you want to inoculate.  You don't need to select what mushroom variety you will inoculate with, but we will have shiitake, lion's mane, bear's head, and coral tooth available. Your log(s) should be cut from living trees at least 2 weeks, but not more than 8 weeks, prior to inoculation. The ideal wood is oak, but maple, beech or poplar are also good. Please be on time for your time slot so we can avoid people having long wait times.
